Portrait Agreement
This agreement is between foto/jenn/inc photography and the below named client. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by Jenn Joyce and the client.
Minors, including senior portraits: All minors must be accompanied by an adult. All males (regardless of age) must be accompanied by an adult.
Pricing: All items are priced from the standard price list in effect at the time of this agreement. Prices are guaranteed 14 days following the date of the portrait session. Orders put in more than 14 days after the date of the session will be priced from the most recent price list in effect. All prices subject to change at any time with out notice.
Payment: Please make checks payable to Jenn Joyce.
Ordering Prints: After our session we will schedule a Reveal Session. I will show you your handcrafted images in a beautiful portfolio box. You will place your print order at the Reveal Session. Once your order is placed, all sales are final. Your final order will be available for pick up or delivery within 2-3 weeks. Specialty orders that include albums may take up to 6-8 weeks.
Reprints: All digital images will be kept for up to one year of your isession date. You may place a reprint order anytime within that year. A $50 minimum order is required. If you lose your digital files, you may request copies. There is a $75 archival fee for retrieving your images and putting them on a new USB.
Copyright Info: All images are copyrighted by foto/jenn/inc photography. This includes images shown in your proofing gallery. It illegal to scan, copy, edit, crop, add filters to, or reproduce foto/jenn/inc's work in any manner or medium with out my permission. This includes scanning of images on any kind of scanning machine both at home or in local stores such as CVS, Walmart, Target, Walgreens, etc. Also, clients may not authorize any reproductions of the images for commercial use, or for photographic competitions/displays. Please contact Jenn Joyce if you would like additional images. Copyright infringement is punishable by law, and violators will be prosecuted. Thank you for respecting foto/jenn/inc's work by choosing not to reproduce my images illegally.
Photography Contract
The Photography Contract will be read and signed by the client and photographer in person at the photography consultation.
Model & Minor Model Release
I hereby give foto/jenn/inc the absolute right and permission to publish, print, copyright and use pictures of me and my family including minor children in which I may be included in whole or in part, composite or retouched in character or form.
If the person photographed is under 18, I certify that I am his or her parent or legal guardian and I give my consent without reservation to the foregoing on his or her behalf. I will accompany any minor children to the session or provide adequate adult supervision for the session. My male children, whether a minor or not, will be accompanied by an adult.
Additionally, the undersigned allows foto/jenn/inc to exhibit selected images as an example of her work on websites, social media and for entrance in photographic competitions.
